 Fee schedule for Notary Services

•  The fee schedule for Notary services is set by the government and is currently $10.00 per signature, plus travel fees.

•  Out of area Notary services are available for an additional mileage fee, which is waived if we are contracted to provide courier services for the document.

 Fee Schedule for Courier & Delivery Services

•      There is a 3 hour window for local delivery and a 4 hour window for out-of-area service. 

•   All assignments must be received by 2:00 pm to qualify for same day delivery.  

•   Rush orders are available for all assignments that must be completed in less than 2 hours and are billed at 1.5 times the regular rate.

•   Nights (5:00 pm - 8:00 am) and weekends are billed at 2 times the regular rate.

•   Round trips are billed at 1.75 times the regular rate.

•   Federal  & State Holidays are billed at 3 times the regular rate.

•   For contract or multi orders, please call for a quote.

•   The three areas in Sacramento are determined by the actual mileage between the pick-up and delivery points.

•   Waiting times of more than 10 minutes will incur an additional fee.

•  Additional areas are available. The rates are determined by mileage.
